I’ve never shopped on Black Friday. Or Cyber Monday, for that matter. If I need something, I buy it when I need it. I also hate crowds.

I’m always short on something on Black Friday. Sometimes it’s cash, other times it’s health insurance.

I used to work 13 hour shifts with a 45 minute drive on either side. So I got used to getting up at 3:15am. Decided I’d try to be an early Black Friday shopper. Got to WalMart, and it was completely full. Drove back home and back into bed… nope, nope, nope…

I’m thankful for my credit cards and the internet. I didn’t even have to wake up early or leave the house and I was still able to participate in a couple of good Black Friday sales!
