FedEx has had 5 packages of mine, sitting, since November. Less than an hour away, but might as well be a thousand miles. Twice a week I get texts that they will be delivered by end of day. They never are.
If there is a problem with delivery, there is no way to reach an actual human being at FedEx. The driver left a note with a tracking number to use to contact FedEx about scheduling. When I typed in the long number on my phone, the automated lack-of-help ’bot told me that number did not exist. Tried it again with same result. Told unhelpful ’bot I wanted to speak to a real person. ’Bot told me I had to enter a tracking number before I could talk to a real person. Hung up and called FedEx customer lack-of-service. That ’bot told me the same thing: Before I could speak to a real person I had to put in a tracking number. Finally wrote an actual letter to FedEx corporate headquarters, addressed to the lack-of-service department detailing the problem and asking if any actual human beings worked at FedEx. Never even got the courtesy of a form reply about how important my concerns were to them and they would look into it and get back to me REAL SOON NOW. From which I conclude, no, there are no actual human beings working at FedEx.

Blame it on the “supply chain”.

And if you have Amazon Prime or pay extra for overnight shipping, it’s only a week late.

Your package is probably lying in a ravine somewhere.
