The blue balloon makes a noble effort, and for once it’s not in a squeaky voice.

This cartoon is definitely no laughing matter.

I thought he was asking for laughing gas.

He’s deflated, and trying to say ‘helium’!!

Not laughing, asking for Helium.

O two funny. The big balloon’s air is misunderstanding his buddies deflated spirit. His buddy needs Helium, but delivering it is a tankless task.

Can’t you tell from the sounds? Help deliver the baby.
