Not really sure he’s going to fall for that although it’s worth a shot. Loophole being he said one each but not how many times he gave one each. However it was implied one each one time.

Back before it was pointed out that chocolate kill dogs we used to share with ours on occasion and they never exhibited any signs of illness. The quantity would typically be a Hershey’s Kiss or a chunk off an Easter bunny and the dogs were smaller types like beagles and terriers who lived 10 years or more.

True, but I think it’s actually Carob, the alternate candy for people who are allergic to chocolate!

It has to be a high percentage dark chocolate consumed in a large quantity. And it depends on the dog. I had a small dog who ate a whole bag of Hershey’s kisses, foil and all. She didn’t even get sick. One of my beagles ate one of those big ole Hershey’s kisses that are around at Christmas. He didn’t get sick either. I didn’t give them to them. All that being said, I never give my dogs chocolate. They don’t need it.

A friend liked keeping several tiny dogs at once. She’d have them line up like that for their treats. She’d go down the line giving each one a treat and they were patient — as long as everyone got one each round. She was going down the line and told me to watch; she deliberately went back to one dog twice and the others all got very concerned about this. Some made noise, others just tried to push their nose in. It was very cute.
