Delegating or ducking? That is the question. Whether t’is nobler to allow someone capable to handle affairs or to suffer the slings and arrows by messing up really bad? [With abject apologies to the bard]
A pollster asked a Woman who was in charge at her house. She replied that she made the small decisions and her husband made the big decisions.
The poster then asked for examples of small decisions. She said, “Oh, where we’ll live, what we’ll eat, what we’ll wear, where the children will go to school, that sort of thing.“
The pollster blinked, then asked for an example of the big decisions her husband made. She replied, “Whether the US military should still be involved in the Middle East. That sort of thing.“

My wife makes the small decisions. The house, the cars, the kids, etc. I reserve the more important for myself like world peace and such.
