I googled this girl and looks like the USA missed their chance to have her in America as she got a free ride offered at Arizona University. Instead she’s going to Russia and even England is fine with her. Sad as she’s brilliant and could have done so much in America if they would just let her mom and her in.

A Two points difference in IQ levels, particularly That High, tends to be meaningless.
Give the same test a couple months later and she will probably get an even Higher score.
