No, it’s Illinois and the worst thing I can do to him is let him live but tie him up so he can’t leave the state.

Unfortunately for the fellow in the noose, the trainee’s motto is “if at first you don’t succeed, try, try, again”.

I’m sure the guy at the end of the rope is thinking no noose is good noose.
