I agree with Baby 2022; kick the ol’ geezer 2021 off the island, er, cliff!!! Though, so far, 2022 is looking like “Second verse, same as the first!”

Read a Nathaniel Hawthorne story in which the years were women, one coming into town empty-handed, the other leaving with lots of baggage.

Here’s hoping…..

Cartoonists show the personification starts as a baby and ages to an old man in one year. Interesting that they never show it as a teenager in April, or a middle-aged man in August.

I like the 2K22, almost as elegant as MMXXII and certainly much shorter.

Murder…. not really a thing to depict in a toon that is supposed to be funny.

Maybe my eyes are worse than I thought, but panel 3 looks like the banner on old man 2021 says 2022. Maybe it will just keep repeating as it already seems like it has.

It’s a bad sign that baby 2022 looks like the Monopoly guy.

Maybe baby 2022 is getting off on the right foot. We may hope!
