@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny , the blole in green comparing sci fi impossibles to our HERO Mr Andrew Capp’s buying a round is priceless :o) my avatar again is a picture of my birth sign Leo roaring his head off because he’s in a good mood like I am , how was your day? ours should be quite hectic but we should cope I hope , we both are in a good mood and if it stops raining , we have bulk shopping to do but then no more errands just keep inside the house and keep hydrated till this evening when the greengrocer van comes up our street , keep safe and thanks for caring young lady
Traveling 10 times the speed of light. Scrambling one’s molecules, transporting them thousands of miles and reintegrating. Those are a LOT more believable than Andy buying a round.
Well, let’s not get crazy. I was just thinking about teleporters, phasers, time-travel, and aliens that all look alike except for different forehead appliques.
More like an AU: Alternate Universe. The one where Flo is a fantastic cook, where Andy works and pays his way, where . . . okay, maybe fantasy is more like.
Not a big Star Trek fan, but I did enjoy watching reruns of the original series with my Dad when I was a kid. As for Andy buying around, that too outlandish, even for science fiction.

Actually more like “You guys quit buying him a round and guess what? He won’t be there.”

Sci-fi is often improbable, Andy buying is impossible.
