Surely the barkeeper washes the mugs which’ll take off the dogs’ scents and slobber. In other words, how can Poncho tell Boomer’s drinking from Poncho’s mug (assuming it doesn’t have Poncho’s name or some picture on it)?
Poncho’s warm fuzzy feeling didn’t last very long at all.
Boomer is just keeping it warm for you Poncho!
Time for a mug shot!
Poncho loose feet … loose seat .
How long was he gone anyway? I thought it was just a couple of days they were supposed to be gone.
When aircrew didn’t return in WWII, there was often a scramble for any of their possessions that were not worth shipping home.
Move your feet, lose your seat…and mug. Welcome back Poncho.
“Poncho! We heard you were dead!”
“Would it make you feel better if I said you heard right?”

Out of sight, out of mind.
