Your bedroom IS a “sticky slimehole.”

Could be worse, I keep thinking of “Sleepin at the foot of the bed” by Little Jimmy Dickens.

As with many families, there’s little room for compromise! :D

She has a point. Shouldn’t the guests get the nicer bedroom?

This reminde me of when my mother had her thyroid removed. Dad bunked with me. Aside from the noise all night there was the danger of getting hit if he was having a bad dream. I can see why he spared Mom when she was vulnerable but I wonder how she survived all those other years.

I always had to sleep on the couch.

We always had a sofa bed. My parents would sleep on that when my paternal grandparents visited and got their room. Granny already had her own room :)
