What’s the big deal anyway?

After all Luann got her ears pierced and nobody made a fuss about it.

Old joke:“Have you had your ears pierced?”“No, but I’ve had them bored!”

I used to do the same to my brother. He’d be in the hall watching TV without my parents seeing him when he was supposed to be in bed. I’d leave my room to go to the bathroom and catch him. He put his finger to his lips to get me not to tell on him. I put my hand out for money. He shook his head and I said loudly “What are you doing out here Bobby?”

Extortion.

if that’s how you treat your family, how do you treat others?? Looks like a budding politician!

Is he hoping no one will notice? A friend of my child had her tongue pierced as a teenager. I noticed it the next time I saw her. She was shocked – she said it had been there for weeks and her parents hadn’t noticed. I decided it wasn’t my job to tattle if they weren’t observant.

This is rather amusing to me, since I got mine done when I was somewhere over 40.

I got mine done at 55 and got nice CZ studs for them. Now I’m 78, and the holes have long since closed, and I have no plans to get them re-pierced.
