The apple must’ve have hit Ramirez in the head. He actually made a comic that made sense today. Wish it’d happen more often, but we all know it’ll be more half-baked pasta being flung at the wall again tomorrow.
So sad yet so true. :‘( More conservatives should point out the right winged hypocrisy. I just wish the media wouldn’t give free publicity to the crazies out there.
Even the very best parents occasionally spawn a kid who’s not quite… fully functional. I’ve done it myself (though I won’t consider my ex a “very best” parent… and maybe not even myself). And even he has now backed away from that particular FORM of his idiocy.
(found at NBC news site) “I apologize for my reference to Anne Frank, especially to families that suffered the Holocaust horrors,” he tweeted. “My intention was to use examples of past barbarism to show the perils from new technologies of control. To the extent my remarks caused hurt, I am truly and deeply sorry.” Note too that his wife immediately pointed out that his opinions are ONLY his own…
It’s good to remember that if RFK were alive today, he would be the object of more hatred by Fox “news” and the Republican Party of Trump than even Obama.
Even a broken clock is right twice a day. You would think that the son of the former Senator who said, “Some see things as they are, and say why. I think of things that never were, and say why not?” would have more sense than this. But as another late NY Senator, Daniel Patrick Moynihan, said, “You are entitled to your own opinions, but not your own facts.”

Wow! Another rare day when I hit “like” on a Mike Ramirez cartoon!
I do appreciate these times when that happens.

As I’ve said before, Ramirez does get one right every now and then.
