A very good dose of realism exhibited by Gertie. :-)
They should all be grateful that the movie was cancelled.
I hate to think how the townsfolk would be affected by “movieitis”!!
Especially the morons Slim and Rufus!!!
Marilyn Brando? That’s a mash up name of Marilyn Monroe and Marlon Brando.
Most folks nowadays have only heard of Brando or Monroe. They probably can’t name a movie either one was in. If they can, they probably have not seen it.
I remember that Marilyn Brando … (I think) … That one sang a song that went,
" Happy Birthday, Mister … STELLLAAA !!!! " … (or something like that) … :)
I wouldn’t want to be either Marilyn OR Brando.Their private lives were a big mess.
Ah,well.Back to Alley’s daily mundane existence of Joel&Rufus causing massive property damage.
Once, I don’t like to brag, but one of my shovels was in a picture in the newspaper.
Don’t worry, Hollywood can always revisit the idea in another 50 years, and I’m sure Walt will still be around then too.
