You should never apologize, Hammie. “Apology” is derived from a word meaning “to speak in defense, defend oneself.” If you do something wrong deliberately, which it seems you intend to do, you have no justifiable defense. If you do wrong, you should admit you have done wrong with sincere regret and ask for forgiveness instead of trying to defend your actions.
