Insomnia is nothing to lose sleep over.

I was supposed to wake up from my night off nap at 2am, slept in until 3

Only had 5 hours sleep yesterday afternoon, it balances out

It’s now 8 and Horace is hungry because he hasn’t 8 yet…!
