Without the history books, Putin can claim America is another state of Russia.

Here’s some light reading that the flag “loving” right wingers should read:

    http://us-flag.net/code/

Turns out hugging the flag, as a certain exPres does, bunches the flag, and that’s a no-no. Draping the flag over your shoulders is also desecration. I get sick of seeing flag desecration passed off as “love”, while they accuse us Liberals of hating the flag.

I really wish I could find that list that’s been circulating on Facebook, listing all the conservatives like Hannity, Carlson and Rittenhouse who are college dropouts. On the one hand, it reflects that Democrats are generally better educated, but by the same token, it says they’re elitist.

I was a bit frustrated that I only read about 3 dozen books last year, I was shooting for something closer to a book per week

This strip makes me want to up my game for this year

Mr. Wriggly has become a “bookworm”! (See the purple book cover in Panel 1.)

Please note that Donnie John can also claim to be “well-educated” – his daddy and his older brother bought him a degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania – a well-respected school, proving, once again that “well-educated” does not mean “intelligent” or vice versa.

Likewise with the parents and grandparents of George W.

The money and connections of the Bushes and the Walkers bought a George W. a degree from Yale and Harvard.

John Ellis Bush (J.E.B.) seems to have actually benefited a bit from his bout with higher education, though, as a politician, it served little purpose in his life, to this point. After his attempt to gain the presidency in 2016, he fell back on serving on several “Boards” which is what a lot of wealthy people do to keep “bread on the table” in a figurative sense.

Mr. Wiggley: In the first panel. His picture is on a grade school book about to BE BURNED. We all must contact the artist, begging him to save “The Wiggster”

A point of interest (or not). A few years ago I found a 6th-grade “reader” from the late 1920s. It read like a college book would today.
