Back in March or April 2020 I decided I better get the spare bedroom – which we call “the Teddies room” as it is inhabited by too many of same to count – usable as a bedroom, just in case one of the two of us caught Covid. I did find many teddy bear items which I had forgotten I had bought – and are usable for our “Teddy Village” (figurines and small toys) including a tiny Monopoly set, croquet set, etc.
Along the way of doing this clearing up two things dawned on me -
First, if one of gets sick, since we are together all time, both of us will be sick anyway.
Second, Since there is only bathroom upstairs and one has to walk the master bedroom to get to it – the sick person would have to stay in same and the well person would have to be running up and down the long staircase during the night.
Luckily neither of us has caught it.
When July 2020 came along it was very hot and our master bedroom a/c unit stopped working. I suggested to husband to that we sleep in the Teddies room – he could have the bed (a single) and I would take the floor – “NO!! It is so dusty and the floor is so dirty with dust that it is not healthy to sleep in there!” So, even if one of us had/has Covid – we will be sharing our bed apparently.

Take the Chips Ahoy, quarantine boy. Smell the freshly baked toll houses through the door.

If it’s COVID, the entire household will have to be quarantined.
Except, maybe, Baby Nick, who has been locked up in a dresser drawer his entire life.

I don’t know that it’s Covid. What the heck does “PCR” mean and what are it’s symptoms?

Adam should be quarantined on principle.

Better safe than sorry, but you don’t necessarily have to be sorry while you’re being safe.

Does anybody else but Adam and me walk around with a Kleenex up a nostril? It’s gauche, but effective.

No matter what is causing your sniffles, the rest of the family doesn’t want it! Go be miserable in private and stop spreading germs everywhere.
