Tony, isn’t it long past time for this strip to change direction?
Like, for instance, Agnes is transferred to a school that really appreciates her imagination and uniqueness??
I remember an episode of “Saved by the Bell”, where a substitute teacher had his class learn about Civil War battles by enacting them.
The trouble with the school Agnes attends (same with Calvin) is that they are trying to force kids into pre-fitted molds so they’ll end up as statistic-quoting zombies, without ant outlet for true creativity.
Of course, this takes $$$, which the states are unwilling to shell out, but I won’t get all political here.

I really don’t think Agnes’ answer warranted a trip to the Principal’s office this time.

BTW… I want to thank those of you who said such nice things yesterday…
I truly appreciate it!
I can’t get here as much as I’d like to… but I’m working on it!
Thanks again.

Maine’s primary export is Bad Choice(s), according to Agnes, And it is kind of them to include engines with their aircraft.

Can I buy “mental wrenches” from Snap On? Why wasn’t I told? They know I’m an impulse buyer.

Agnes hasn’t discovered Stephen King yet. If she had she’d know it is wackos and assorted monsters.

I’ll send her a Home Depot gift card to the purchase of a larger toolbox

If I could have come up with lines like that in school, I’d still be in school! :)

What, no Stephen King books and movies? Or Susan Collins wishy-washy politics?
