In reality, Bear made the work environment bearable, but made the boss look lazy and incompetent.

He’s a bear, no one will hire a wild animal.

Bear didn’t mention to Dean that he was working for a zoo at his hibernation time. Short sighted Zoo Keepers! I’m sure he could get another job somewhere….maybe at Molly’s school as a recess play pal!

See if any football teams need a fullback.

If he gets a job as a cook, I’d like to see the size of the hairnet.
