My daughter tried to convince me of this once. For people with ADHD there is actually some truth in this approach – the adrenalin improves focus. It’s a bad habit, though, because there will inevitably be times when the work is too large for adrenalin to get you through it. And, of course, lack of time often leads to shoddy or incomplete work.
Its never too late to study biology. I think an intro biology course that teaches how the laws of physics led to chemistry and the the emergence of life, evolution, genetics, and the basic functions of the human body should be required of all college students.
Peter, once it is time to study: " I’ve waited so long that I will now be stressed if I try to study, so it is better to not study. I better watch tv for stress relief".

not to be pedantic but it is possible to take biology in multiple grades, just as it’s possible to take any course in more than one grade.

In HS biology we injected testasterone into baby chicks and disected frogs. Glad I didn’t have to repeat that!
