An accurate comic – sagging crepey skin, and the only things untouched by age are the two things that were fake all along…

I had to look up the reference. It brought up a distant memory of a dusty kitchen cupboard in someone’s house. (And who knew that’s how you spell “cupboard”? :-) )

OK, I understand the joke is about Old Bay seasoning and the movie Baywatch but I can’t help but think there is also a reference to the Baywatch cast and crabs.

Those Old Baywatches have lost their main spring, and they’re not self-winding.

Old Bay is a seasoning, so that explains the pun that he is going for.

This strip used to be done by Guy and Rob, I don’t know when Dan Thompson of “Rip Haywire” took it over, but he is a PunMeister on the same level as Stephan Pastis.
