At least the phlebotomists know how to āfind the veinā. Doctors sure donāt. Every time Iāve had a doctor try to get a blood sample I end up with black and blue marks on both arms.
One of the techs was streaming music on his phone at one of my hospitalsā blood drives. When a donor came in wearing a Rascal Flatts t-shirt, he played them as long as she was there.
