Wait, how does Linus know that Snoopy’s mailing a letter to Truffles? We know he is because we read yesterday’s strip, but Linus wasn’t there for that. Did Linus read the envelope? If not, then why assume that’s what he’s doing? There are any number of regular correspondents that a dog might be mailing.

Now they’ll both be in shape for when they see her again.

In the last panel I never saw Linus look so angry.

Poor Truffles. No clue she’s in the middle of a love triangle.

I think it’s safe to say Linus and Snoopy won’t hunt for truffles again. And Snoopy will get in more than just this week’s jogging.
