Regardless of the economic system or the political system, it’s generally the rich who wield the power and the powerful who amass all the wealth.

I’m very saddened about the war in Ukraine. With all our technology, one would think that this type of manslaughter would end. Propaganda is a very dangerous entity. Remember that the next time you vote.

Ad Hominem attack — instead of addressing someone’s argument or position, you irrelevantly attack the person or some aspect of the person who is making the argument.

The first thing free market capitalists discover about the free market is that they would like it to be less free in their favor. Think of the Robber Barons and all their assaults on the American free markets.

Petersburg? Named after Peter Griffin, I presume? Think you left out the “Saint” there, guys.

Of course, then we would be wondering “which” St. Petersburg – the one in Russia or the one in Florida. The climate is nicer in Florida but the state government is about the same in either place.
