Typically, this guy doing the framing is not going to be the same guy installing the plumbing. Because the Pattersons have a basement, the plumbers come in and install rough plumbing before framing. I would have liked to have been there when Elly started demanding the builder change the plumbing, only to have him explain to her that the plumbers have already left and have already done the plumbing they agreed on before the framing started.

Also, these girls should not be casually walking through a work area still under construction. Maybe Elly needs to take them over to Anne’s place, so she can look after them along with Farley and April.

It’s a comic strip, not a handbook for a construction site.

So—will the old “master bedroom” become Lizzie’s room and Lizzie’s room become’s April’s?

I wonder how Michael will feel about that arrangement—especially if his room will be smaller than Lizzie’s!!

This is why we have two mirrors in our bath. The plumber put the sink pipes directly behind the sink so there was no room for the already purchased recessed vanity.

Nothing solidifies a plan like concrete. Literally, written in stone.

I really hate her interpretation of a construction worker. But you all know that by now.
