It’s not the destination, it’s the journey.
“the dirt and trees in this area look slightly different than the dirt and trees back home”
Sorry Petunia, but dad had the best idea ever!
My husband and I used to travel in a similar way. Just a general plan for the road-trip, and open to stopping when we saw something interesting.
Sounds fun.
Never understood charts like that. I was a programmer. The easy part was figuring out the logic and breaking down the tasks into sub-tasks. I thought of graphics like that as something you had to do afterwards to satisfy managers.
If I drove for 3 hours east, I’d be somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. ;)
If you’re in Texas, you’ll pretty much still be in Texas.
I love the scheduling – reminds me of Seven of Nine saying “Fun will now commence” – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmQwRmKjKSc :)
Drive 3 hours east? Nah, I’d end up in Kansas or Nebraska.
I’m in Central Texas.
Three hours in any direction is still Texas, just a different part of the state.
Sounds like fun.
