I use to freak like that in grade school when I had to stand up in front of the entire class to give an oral book report. Just not a public speaker type.
Doing a podcast isn’t really the same thing as public speaking.I know, I’ve done both. The key to a successful podcast is feeling comfortable with the interviewer.
I had some pilot training in the Navy and I always tucked about 10 vomit bags in my flight suit in highly visible locations. The pilots always stuck to the training program; no challenge, no stunts.

I am not the hugest fan of public speaking, my best tip is to just calm down and do the best you can.

Public speaking is the #1 fear. It even beats the fear of dying.

Vomiting during the podcast will certainly kill the interview. Good thinking, Marcus.

As a musician and theater person I enjoy performing OTHER people’s work. Unscripted, I’m Nicole in spades.

I get more nervous in some close settings than speaking before an audience.

I’m seldom embarrassed before a crowd. I always figure THEY are the ones having to suffer through whatever I’m doing.
