Having spent a few of my early corporate years as a Customer Service rep, I often wanted to reply in such a manner. And again as an IT rep.

I had a job in a metalworking job shop that included taking customer calls. I developed Answer A and Answer B. Answer A was “Go ………. yourself.” and Answer B was “If it was ……….. you’d know where it was.” Between the two we could answer any customer question.

Okay, who else read this in their voice and then add the both of them laughing at the end?
