Priceless! I love this doggie. He gets along with everyone: cat, squirrel, bunny, and so on.

My beagle is a champion hunter. On a leashed walk this week we saw a full-grown rabbit just sitting about 10 feet from us. What did my dog do, who clearly could see the rabbit and knew what it was? She started sniffing the ground to find the trail. That is what she was trained to do.

He’s dogmatically doggedly dog-tired. And that’s no doggerel (or catterel either). That’s my established creed and catma.

“If you ain’t caught a rabbit, you ain’t no friend of mine.”

But it’s the trees that get me. Always great trees.
