    What a coincidence! I probably never before in my life had these two menu items together, but last week, during my once a year time-share out of town, it was all restaurant meals [an annual budget splurge for the last 30 years]. So to see this offer for lunch at a trendy and pricey eatery was a real and interesting treat.
