Four minutes still isn’t that long of a break. I’ll take ten minutes minimum. (Guessing about 21 seconds in dog years. Feel free to do the math if so inclined.)

Sitting during running exercise is a bad idea for me. It’s hard to get going again, and my legs stiffen up

Nine human seconds is one minute and three seconds for a dog, assuming seven-fold time (one human year = seven dog years).

My lab walks me everyday!!
