When I was in pilot training, we had two sections that had an alternating schedule: fly in the morning and classes in the afternoon on one week and vice versa on the following week.
This meant that on one week, lunch hour was 11:00 to 12:00 and on the following week 12:00 to 13:00.
I had a friend who liked to watch the soaps. He’d get part of two soaps on one week and part of two other soaps the following week. Somehow he kept up.
I, on the other hand, did not have a TV for the whole year. I didn’t miss it.
