You ever owned a dog, Mrs. Jones? Things really need to be prioritized accordingly.

Chaz is, indeed, a good neighbor. He both fixed her walker and saved her from needing a wheelchair. It’s not that Poncho wants to hurt anyone, it’s just that he is willing to hurt everyone to get what he wants.

I think Chazz should exert some authority over his pet, but I suppose that’s too much to ask for from a pet owner.

Use a leash. My dog also eats at 5p, but she is unable to charge in a door as she is with me, either in or out.

I have 3 dogs, and one of them can open the front door from either side. When he wants out in the middle of the night he talks (not English, though), and licks my face any time he wants my full attention. I have trained him to do a few things and he has trained me to do a few more. He taught the mail carrier to race against him (mail carrier gets to use his truck), though the dog usually wins. His name is Hank. He’s 16 different breeds rolled into a 60 pound package.
