For me, caffeine (not coffee), is medicinal. I used to get sinus headaches almost every morning, until I started taking one-half tab (100 mg), each morning. I glommed onto this because I noticed that medicines for sinus headaches had caffeine in them. In my case, I only needed the caffeine, and not the pain-reducing substance. Also, for me anyway, something other than the caffeine in the coffee disagreed with my wanky digestive system, so I stopped years ago.

On weekends Aunty’s coffee starts with a triple shot of Irish Whiskey topped off with coffee. During the week it only has two shots of Irish Whiskey.
