Actually, the count of four is the number of boogers he sees, ‘cause he knows he can’t count high enough for the number of nose hairs sticking out.
Only Pluggers have nose hair? Or only Pluggers have obnoxious grandkids?
If you grow them long enough, they become a mustache.
