Those are fireflies.

amazing the ability to blow up the container they are in without harming themselves. Truly remarkable creatures =) Almost as resilient as Lio himself

And the war has now begun……

Did that lightning bug commit suicide? And are his comrades cheering his loss? The fireflies have gotten awfully militant.

I am not joking when I say I don’t remember the last time I saw fireflies/lightning bugs (call ‘em what you will). It’s very sad.
