My god the colorist messed up bad on this one. This will obviously not be saved for posterity but the version i’m seeing is hard to look at

I checked a couple of other sources. The colouring is bad in all of them, but the questions are kind of obvious from the answers.

Was there a problem with the web version today? The questions are in white type against a light gray background and almost impossible to read. And the characters are outlined in white.

I can’t believe it’s SUPPOSED to look like that.

GoComics must be using an unlicensed version of Adobe Illustrator that only allows 2 layers, max

One thing I’ve sadly noticed about this comic is that when there’s a mistake, I don’t see it being corrected later. Like in other strips, if you go back a day or 3 later, the coloring mistake or whatever is corrected but I don’t see that with this one. It’s a shame because if someone were to want to read through the archives, the mistakes remain. Also, other strips sometimes have official websites where they post them so you can usually see the correct version but not this strip!

Someone left out the black plate on this.

After all this time…I still like Tatulli’s version better.
