Stupid Henry Payne draws idiotic stuff like this while telling people how great his own EVs (including at least one Tesla) are.

Maybe if we’d started doing that in the ’70s. As it is, it would be a start in the right direction.

Just got back from the UK, where it was a pleasure to drive in a country where no one has illegal extra bright headlights, loud exhausts, or vehicles with compromised emissions spewing obvious pollution from their tailpipes. With the added bonus of no one driving pickups that don’t need them, and those mostly small or mid sized. Granted fuel was a bit more expensive. The least I spent was 1.73 pounds a liter, the most 1.86 a liter. Saw some places selling it for more. Making it between 6.92 and 7.44 pounds for an imperial gallon, which is a bit bigger than the USA gallon, however, still makes it more expensive. Also, gives the illusion of better fuel economy.

Anyway, it was a great escape from reality for a little while. Entirely recommend Dover Castle. Good place for some WWI and WWII history.

This isn’t the radical extremist Ginni who wants to overthrow the US govt with her husband on the Supreme Court, uncle Thomas.

Fossil fuels are on the way out. Kicking and screaming like a child in the cereal aisle at the supermarket won’t change that.

China saw a 2.6 percent increase and India had a 1.8 percent rise from 2018 to 2019, while the United States and the European Union had 1.7 percent drop. China’ s carbon pollution tripled, and India’s increased by 157 percent from 2000 to 2018. All I’m saying is let’s not drive our economy into the ditch, any more than already done by Biden, until China and India get on board.
