This reminds me of a cousin that wanted to join the klan so his mom sewed him the hoodie and gown, trouble was she didnât have a spare white sheet so she used one with flowers all over it. The meeting didnât go well.
Draw this comic next week with the checkered sheet ghost saying it doesnât wear white after Labor Day, that would seem funnier to me. But what do I know.
When I first saw this comic, I thought it was an early âjokeâ for Halloween. Not for a klan meeting. The sheets are more like what a child dressed as a ghost would wear, no separate pointed hat, etc, and there are no feet showing. I saw âghostsâ dressed up in sheets to be seen, and one wore plaid.

When does that rule kick in? Technically, there are 364 days before Labor Day (365 in leap years).

Just for myself, âDonât wear checkered of plaid ever.â
[If you want to wear checkered or plaid, Iâm fine with that.]

I donât think that rule applies anymore! Anything goesâŠ

I think it was the rule of thumb âway back whenâ because it signaled the end of âthe (summer) seasonâ for the hoity toity.

Is this hinting at condom miscegenation?
