There are probably quite a few out there that would agree with Broomie…

Because of the costs and sometimes shoddy care, people get sicker from the stress and anxiety it puts them through.

I can relate.

if only there were doctors to go see. Family practitioners are useless to us old folks.

Being over 1500, she should be covered by medicare, if she ever applied.

Broom-Hilda does have a point, ‘cause it ain’t “a few measly bucks” these days, nor is “treatment” (i.e., the latest and most fashionable expensive drugs) always beneficial….

I live in Mexico and don’t have any sort of health insurance. However, the doctors and healthcare in general are quite good, and I can afford to pay the bills myself, though I live on a very modest retirement income.

Must be a third world sh!t hole country without national health/single payer.
