I like sending cards to friends and family. I do emails and text messages like anyone else, but sending someone a nice card with a personal note for a birthday (or Christmas) is just something that brightens someone’s day. One of my mental resolutions for next year is to write letters to people I haven’t seen in a few years at least. There should be something in people’s mailboxes than junk mail and bills.

I no longer send Christmas cards. I don’t know anyone’s address, just their cell numbers.

The trick is to buy 1,000,000 of them, fill them all out at once, and post-date them.
