Can anyone supply me a date for or a copy of the following Doonesbury comic….A frustrated teacher shows his class a pea and says this represents the salary of a public school teacher and then he begins to cut fractions off of the pea representing mortgage, food, insurance and “alimony payments to an ungrateful ex-wife”. When he asks what remains for a well deserved retirement, the blonde kid says “Diddly Squat!” Can anyone provide me some information on this cartoon? Please!!
