I remember my navy friend suggested the first volume of my would-be two volumed book about my navy life (which lasted 10 days) should have been about the train travel to the barracks.

My urlogist told me that women who have had a kidney stone and also have given birth said that the level of pain was about the same. I asked, “Then why does anybody have a second child?”

Three chapters sounds about right.

Face it, Fillmore, I don’t think anyone is going to want to read about getting a kidney stone.

About two and a half weeks ago, I had a kidney stone.

Oh the pain….

If Fillmore include his romantic interludes then…Oh, it’s a memoir not fiction.
