The term somehow doesnât quite make sense to me. Itâs more like you are just doing whatâs in your job description rather than putting in %110 all the time. Managementâs been milking the job loss fear for a long time. When people were fired, those that remained continued to work their jobs and took over the functions of their former coworkers for zip extra pay. It just burns everyone out.
