That wheelchair would be great when addressing people who park in the handicapped spaces without a permit.
This situation (and comic) are definitely F.U.B.A.R. Must be why I love it so.
Some companies have added sneaky bits to their EULA to highlight how few people actually read the things. One I recall granted the user’s immortal soul to the company.
