Just in the nick of time, well, sort of!!!

Loved clamming with my five year old granddaughter since she, at her age, was not required to have a license. She got the limit each time.

Also – there is No Noodling allowed in this house.

Is she holding up her left boob? And has hair coming out of her armpit?

Friend once told me the story of when he got a fine for no fishing licence.

He loved lounging out in a small boat enjoying the sun. Just so’s he’d seem normal, he would have a weighted line dangling from a pole into the water.

One day, the game warden asked to see his fishing licence, to which he stated he didn’t have one and didn’t need one. He was given a citation.

He took it to court, and explained the situation to the judge. Told him he didn’t have a hook on the line, so he couldn’t have been fishing.

Judge asked the game warden if he’d inspected the line. The game warden said he hadn’t, to which the judge gave him a royal raking over the coals.

Case was dismissed..

I don’t remember hearing the doorbell ring…gulp!
