This reminds me of the opening of “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown”, where Linus and Lucy get a pumpkin and take it home. When Lucy carves it open and scoops some of the innards out, Linus groans, “You killed it.”

Each crib should have a name plate: “Jack”

She’s gonna die when someone carves them up…
