The supermarket seafood display has an octopus, tentacles spread out and eyes facing towards the customer. Kinda cool.

Paul the Octopus is a touching documentary since octopus don’t live very long.

In Bermuda, we have the Cup Match Cricket Festival for two days in the middle of summer. One year, our aquarium decided to see if Houdini the Octopus could do for Cup Match what Paul did for the World Cup. He picked the Somerset Shrimp (red/blue) over St. George’s (cyan/blue).

The game was rained out, making it a draw.

To be fair, Houdini was asked to predict a winner, not the weather.
