Put a sock in it, Buckles…..

Paul is lucky Buckles didn’t find the ‘lost’ sock on his foot.

My dog does the same with loose socks!

The expressions on Jill and Pauls faces are just a " scream " in the last panel , but as usual the lovable Buckles in the ( circle ) with the " sniff , sniff and the ARROO ! are just " precious " as usual : )

Hey, it could have been worse, he could have asked Buckles to find his missing shoe or even his underwear.

After lost, forget them. Simply carry spares. After Buckles is finished, throw away. No more costly than spending money on official “toys”. Always new, fresh socks and toys. Once used socks, recycled.

My dog, a champion hunter, doesn’t howl like the beagle she is, when she finds the scent of a rabbit. She yips. It’s the funniest thing I have ever heard from a beagle, but she is an unusually quiet beagle. I have a guest dog for a few days who barks like a normal dog at the normal times and runs to the front window to see whatever it is she wants to bark at, and my dog will run along, but without making a sound. My guest dog will collect socks, so I have them all where she can’t get to them. Buckles is just adorable, no matter what kind of trouble he gets into.
